Oversee in the day-to-day leadership and assist Restaurant Manager of an outlet on all aspects of operations.
Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all the guests
Assist Restaurant Manager of planning staff roaster and provide training and coaching to staff on customer service and product knowledge.
Able to handle Fast Pace environment and able to handle high level of stress
Good Public Relation
Positive Role model and lead by example to all your floor staff

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Chinese cuisines.

Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations.
Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
Providing guests with menu and answering any initial questions.
Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menu.
Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
Having knowledge of the menu.
Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

Has at least 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and Public Holidays
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Night Shift 3pm to 2am are avaiable

Find solutions for all the problems that occur during the operation hours of all existing merchants which include physically being at merchants’ business locations as soon as problems appear.
Create new merchant accounts and menu descriptions using programmatic tools when launching new restaurants .
Responsible for proper merchant onboarding by being physically present at every new merchant’s site for roughly two weeks to assist on matters relating to taking orders, serving their customers, and guiding merchants on the operation of the merchant app while introducing and explaining the customer app to new and existing users.
Drafting merchant service agreement and emails.
Provide support for day-to-day operations as required.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned (Admin & HR related).

Diploma in Business Management/Marketing, or related fields.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills while capable of working under pressure.
Exhibits strong communication, relationship management, and customer retention skills.
A great team player who can work with internal and external partners with an immense amount of curiosity to learn from the best practices.
Ability to manage time, smartly organize work priorities, and multi-task in an efficient and effective manner.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience
Ability to courteously and efficiently interact and serve guests to ensure their satisfaction while dining, in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Fully understands the restaurant’s concept other specifics of the Company
Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
Serve food courses and beverages to guests
Pick-up used plates and cutleries and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area
Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation,cleanliness, and creating a positive, productive working environment
Manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
Assist the Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring that the Steps of Service are met and executed by all restaurant staff members.
